Examinations are by appointment only. With extended hours, our goal is to provide our patients with the most convenient times for their appointments. We do understand, however, that unexpected events do occur and will do our best to accommodate these situations.

We offer 24-hour emergency service for ocular health emergencies with digital photographic capabilities for worker's compensation and insurance claims.

About Our Doctors

Wallace J. Knapp, O.D.,
has been in private practice in Upper Sandusky since 1971. He is a 1969 graduate of the Ohio State University College of Optometry and is a member of the American Optometric Association, Ohio Optometric Association and the Upper Sandusky Lions Club.

William R. Knapp, O.D.,
is a 1996 graduate of the Ohio State University College of Optometry. He is a clinical examiner for the National Board of Optometry, a member of the American Optometric Association and the AOA Sports Vision Section. He is also the sports vision provider for Upper Sandusky High School's athletic programs, where he maintains athletes' visual performance and ocular health.

Kimberley R. Barnes, O.D., graduated from the Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1997. She is a presenter of Realeyes, a program designed to educate elementary students on the importance of eye health and good vision. She also provides vision screenings to children for various local organizations and community events.
